ACCESS SUSPENSION
Access Control. Victus reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to suspend User's access to the Website or certain features of the Website at any time, without prior notice. This may occur in cases where: A User engages in activities that violate these Terms or applicable laws. Victus determines that continued access poses legal, security, or operational risks. A regulatory authority or law enforcement agency requires Victus to limit access to certain users or jurisdictions. The Website undergoes maintenance, updates, or other necessary modifications. Victus shall not be liable for any losses, damages, or inconvenience resulting from a suspension, restriction, or termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Victus, its affiliates, shareholders, directors, officers, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or related to:
Your use of or inability to use the Website;
Any errors, defects, or inaccuracies in the Website;Unauthorized access to or use of Victus' servers or data; or Any conduct or content of third parties on the Website. In no event shall Victus' total liability for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms exceed the amount you have paid, if any, to Victus for access to the Website in the past 12 (twelve) months, or if no such payments have been made, then liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

COMPLIANCE
Victus is committed to ensuring that it is not used to launder money, finance terrorism, evade government sanctions, or otherwise facilitate criminal activity. It is Victus' policy to comply fully and continuously with anti-money laundering ("AML") and counter-financing of terrorism ("CFT") regulatory requirements in the jurisdictions in which it operates. Victus is committed to conducting business in accordance with the highest ethical standards. Victus does not authorize, involve itself in, or tolerate any business practice or action—regardless of whether it is considered “customary” in a particular region—that does not fully comply with its internal anti-bribery and corruption policies or applicable anti-bribery laws. Employees, contractors, and third parties acting on behalf of Victus are:
Strictly prohibited from offering, making, or accepting a bribe, either directly or through a third party, for any reason. Subject to a pre-approval process for the exchange of gifts, travel, or entertainment with government officials and must report instances of accepting or offering such items beyond de minimis value. Required to recruit and hire based on merit and achievements. While third-party referrals are permitted, hiring will not be done in exchange for favours or benefits to Victus.
Considering the heightened bribery and corruption risks associated with third parties (including introducers, vendors, agents, and business partners), Victus subjects these relationships to risk-based due diligence, monitoring, and oversight.
Victus expects all employees and business partners to act ethically and has established a confidential reporting mechanism to encourage reporting of violations of its anti-bribery and compliance policies. Reports may be submitted using the method specified in section 15 Communication & Notices of these Terms.

DIGITAL ASSETS DECLARATION
Victus does not provide any services related to securities or any financial instruments that may be classified as securities under applicable laws. The digital assets available through Victus' services are not intended to constitute securities, investment contracts, or any other regulated financial instruments.
Nothing on the Website constitutes an offer, solicitation, or recommendation to buy, sell, or hold securities or any other regulated financial instruments. Victus does not provide financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Users are solely responsible for determining whether their use of the Website complies with applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND GOVERNING LAW

Notices sent via the communication methods specified above will be deemed to have been received:
Notices sent by email shall be considered delivered on the next business day following the day the notice is sent, provided no error message is received.
Notices sent by registered mail shall be considered delivered on the thirtieth (30th) calendar day after being delivered to the specified address. If the thirtieth day is not a business day, the notice shall be deemed delivered on the next business day. Users shall ensure professional conduct in all communications with Victus.

MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
Victus may engage in marketing and promotional activities to provide information about its Services. These activities may include newsletters, promotional emails, and content shared via the Website and other platforms. Users may subscribe to receive marketing communications from Victus. By doing so, Users consent to receiving promotional emails, updates, and other marketing materials. Users may withdraw their consent and opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the opt-out instructions provided in such communications or by contacting Victus through the available communication channels. Marketing materials shared by Victus, whether via email or the Website do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Survival. Any provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to provisions related to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, indemnities, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.
Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Assignment. The User may not assign or transfer its rights or obligations under these Terms without the prior written consent of Victus.
Victus may assign its rights and obligations under these Terms at any time without prior notice.
Entire Agreement. These Terms, along with any other agreements, policies, or documents referenced herein (the "Governing Documents"), govern your use of the Website. These Terms do not alter the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Victus for products, Services, or otherwise (collectively, the "Agreement"). To the extent there is a conflict between any Agreement and these Terms, the terms of the Agreement shall govern.
