We are looking for a Business Developer to help scale our marketing services by bringing in new clients and partnerships across the Web3 ecosystem. You’ll focus on identifying early-stage and mid-stage token projects in need of marketing support—including branding, community growth, influencer outreach, and full-stack Web3 GTM strategies.
You’ll act as the connector between our marketing team and projects that need exposure, user acquisition, and narrative amplification in today’s fast-moving token economy.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES, INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Identify Web3 projects, protocols, or ecosystems in need of growth marketing support (pre- and post-launch)
- Pitch Victus Global’s marketing offerings including: community campaigns, KOL activation, influencer marketing, social media, and go-to-market planning
- Manage full sales pipeline from sourcing and outreach to deal closing and onboarding
- Coordinate with the internal marketing team to ensure accurate scoping, delivery, and KPI alignment
- Build strategic partnerships with launchpads, VC funds, and incubators for recurring deal flow
- Track emerging trends in Web3 marketing (community dynamics, growth tools, narrative shifts) to better tailor our services
- Represent Victus at digital events, Twitter Spaces, and key Web3 growth communities
