Role Overview

We are seeking a highly connected Institutional Connector & Business Development Expert with an established network across banks, hedge funds, family offices, and capital allocators. Your mission is to secure high-value partnerships with regulated institutions seeking to access Web3 and digital asset opportunities via our institutional OTC platform.

This role is ideal for a connector with warm, senior-level relationships in traditional finance and an understanding of the rapidly evolving crypto and tokenized finance space.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES, INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:


  • Leverage your existing relationships to introduce institutional players (banks, family offices, hedge funds, private banks) to Victus Global’s OTC trading infrastructure
  • Identify and engage senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CFOs, Heads of Trading, Digital Asset Leads, and Treasury/Compliance Officers
  • Facilitate warm introductions that lead to liquidity partnerships, strategic collaborations, or infrastructure integrations
  • Structure and support partnership discussions, including investment onboarding, regulatory alignment, and deal terms
  • Provide feedback from institutional conversations to help shape Victus Global’s institutional product offering
  • Represent Victus Global with professionalism and authority in calls, meetings, and conferences

Requirements

  • Proven track record in institutional business development, sales, investment banking, or digital asset strategy
  • Strong, active network within banks, family offices, hedge funds, and capital allocators
  • Ability to facilitate high-quality, warm introductions that lead to institutional traction.
  • Familiarity with OTC trading, tokenized assets, regulatory frameworks, and institutional crypto adoption
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver strategic value quickly
